WIIRE (Women Invest in Real Estate) is a supportive community designed to empower women to invest in real estate and create a life of their own design. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team and support our real estate investor clients by managing their portfolios' financial records.
REQUIREMENTS
As a bookkeeper at WIIRE, you will be responsible for servicing the portfolios of real estate investors, helping them track their finances accurately and efficiently. Your work will ensure that our clients’ financial operations run smoothly, giving them the confidence to scale their real estate portfolios.
Key responsibilities
Provide bookkeeping services for WIIRE clients, focusing on real estate-specific accounting needs.
Track income, expenses, and financial data for individual properties, including rental income, property management fees, and maintenance expenses.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts related to the investor portfolios.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, such as cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Communicate clearly and effectively to clients in a timely manner.
Communicate regularly with clients to answer bookkeeping questions, provide updates, and review financial reports.
Collaborate with the WIIRE team to identify and implement process improvements that increase client service efficiency.
qualifications
At least two years experience as a real estate bookkeeper.
Strong understanding of QuickBooks, specifically for managing real estate investment portfolios.
Experience with financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and budget management for real estate portfolios.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
A passion for real estate investing and commitment to supporting women in the industry is a plus!
