Maria Koch

After seven years in healthcare, Maria left her W2 job to fully commit to real estate after falling in love with house hacking. Based in Kansas City, she has built a small but powerful portfolio. Using the BRRRR method, Maria successfully scaled her portfolio and now runs a full-time flipping and construction company.  Maria has a 2.5 year old daughter and loves travel. She sets a goal to spend 30 days of the year outside of the country.
