Mtende Roll

Mtende is a strategic real estate investor who relocated from South Africa to Graham, NC in 2016. As co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of her construction and real estate firm, she drives portfolio growth through market analysis, deal structuring, and capital allocation across asset classes. Beyond her real estate endeavors, Mtende is also a published author, releasing her poetry collection "Poetic Persona" in 2024, with a second volume in development.
