Erin began investing with the purchase of her first STR in the mountains west of Colorado Springs, CO. She currently owns 8 doors, with 5 of them being out-of-state investments in St. Louis, MO. She is passionate about affordable housing and loves automating processes to minimize the time it takes to self-manage her portfolio. Erin loves spending time outdoors with her dogs and family or catching concerts with friends.
