    There will be biweekly calls (starting on October 30th until November 27th) every Monday and Wednesday from 7:30-8:30 PM CT. We’ll cover a TON of topics including how to identify an MTR, analyze an MTR, how to properly list your property, furnish your place, and ways to manage tenants and turnovers, plus a LOT more!

  • Absolutely! Whether you're just starting out investing, only have one MTR, or looking to learn how to scale your portfolio, our MTR Bootcamp caters to everyone who wants to get an inside scoop on how to buy, launch, and scale a successful MTR portfolio!
